Often depicted as an ancient black dragon, Zatohir holds the order of the world, and in his claws hangs the balance of Vaedanys. Though there are little that worship Zatohir directly, many still understand that under his rule and his council is the simplicity of balance and of peace an order than many of the Empire rule under. His domain is that of Order and Peace. The worship of Zatohir is founded upon living in peace with all things.
