The Mercantile
The Mercantile is a guild formed in the early first era to promote, keep and standardize the economy of large regions such as the continents of Aedrias and Kalesh. The Mercantile is the spear-head guild to many craft guilds and associations spread across multiple continents found in Western Vaedanys, most often related to the banks of the regions.
A "Merchant" cannot be named official until he or she has visited and registered in the Mercantile to which they will be put under process to claim the tiltle.
The Mercantile has contributed in the economy of many continents and regions of Vaedanys however, pushing out the economies of "Ravens and Plumes" for the continent of The Northern and Southern cold as well as Knaak was arguably the greatest change they had contributed towards for the Aegan Empire of the first era, this act solidified them as the standard of many mercantile guilds across Vaedanys.
Many guilds such as the Bannerguard guild (see organizations), often associate with the mercantile for funding of great projects and expeditions. to which in many of those projects the Mercantile gains significant cuts for the draw.
The head of the Mercantile Guild "Julios Von Aferuz III" son of Julios Von Aferuz II and Ghyslainne Du Jai'nt of the Kaleshlites, hold an incredible presence in the far eastern continent of Iamovar in the human lands of Eastcliff where they aim to build a sister guild to expand the influence of the Mercantile.
